Once upon a time there was a little girl called Diana who loved chocolate so much, all she wanted to do was create her own bars and share the happiness it brought her with everyone else.
Diana continued to be inspired through her life by dynamic fellow chocolatiers and the buzzing energy of places such as London’s Brick Lane,where artists create magical recipes to the sounds of up-lifting jazz. It was at this time that Diana realised how raw chocolate could be enjoyed as part of a healthy life style and she wondered; “in today’s busy and demanding life, could I make a chocolate bar which not only creates happiness, but also removes the guilt of eating it?”
And so she did…
Diana is now an inspirational and entrepreneurial young mother with a passion for health, fighting global child poverty and of course, has an unequivocal love of quality raw chocolate!
