Q:  WHERE DOES RAW SPIRITS CACAO ORIGINATE FROM
A:  Our cacao is from Peru, we use a very rare sort, the criollo variety. Only 5% of the worlds cacao is produced using this variety. Its prized for its unique flavour and high nutritional content.

Q:  IS RAW SPIRITS CHOCOLATE BARS SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS ?
A:  Yes. All of our bars are vegan friendly

Q:  HOW DOES RAW SPIRIT MAKE THEIR CHOCOLATE SO SMOOTH ?
A:  At Raw spirit chocolate company we stone grind our chocolate for a minimum of 24hrs. Even though we produce less bars we find a longer conching process allows for a fuller bouquet of flavours and aroma to develop, along with our super smooth, velvety texture.

Q:  HOW MANY DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS DO RAW SPIRIT USE IN THEIR PLAIN BAR OF CHOCOLATE ?
A:  Our plain bar contains 3 ingredients. Organic raw cacao nibs, Organic raw cacao butter and our organic coconut blossom sugar. This is the base for all of our bars.
